Willard S. Smith 1921-2005

Willard Bud S. Smith, our loving Dad, Husband , and Grandfather, passed away Monday, May 2, 2005. Born February 9, 1921 in Salt Lake City to Fanny and Willard Smith. He married his lifelong sweetheart on June 21, 1940 in the Salt Lake Temple. They shared 65 years of wonderful marriage together. Served his country during WW II in the Army Air Corp Engineers. He retired from Restaurant Stores and Equipment in 1987, after 40 years of services. His undying devotion, caring and love to his family was the foundation on which he built his life. He enjoyed sharing the outdoors with his family & friends. Preceeded in death by his daughter, Annette and his son, David. Survived by his wife Emily Smith, daughters; Linda Smith, Janet Bob Odor, Becky Mark Hansen. He had 9 grandchildren, 10 great children, 4 great great grandchildren. There will be a viewing at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 South 200 East, SLC, on Saturday May 7, from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. Following the viewing , Graveside Services will be held at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Avenue and ?N?
