William (Bill) Lester Lemon passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the age of 46. Bill was born June 2, 1972 in Bountiful, Utah to Jerry and Monica Lemon. Bill grew up in Centerville, Utah and graduated from Viewmont High School in 1990. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the San Jose California Mission. Bill enjoyed cooking, playing basketball, camping, fishing, and riding his ATV. He worked in the hospitality industry in Colorado, Texas, Nevada, and Utah, but would have preferred to get paid to play video games. Bill enjoyed reading books and would usually finish a book before putting it down. His proudest moments in life were becoming a father to his son, Noah and daughter, Sophia. He loved to spend time with them playing games, bowling, and pickleball. Bill had the ability to see the good in people no matter what the circumstance. He had a great love for dogs and rescued many of the ones he owned, including his dog, Dante.
Bill was preceded in death by his hero and father, Jerry and his little sister, AnneMarie. He is survived by his mother, Monica, sister Michele (Paul) Bauer, brother Michael (Cindy) Lemon, Huong (Nghia) Ngo, his children, Noah and Sophia, and many nieces and nephews, as well as his extended family, friends and co-workers that love him and will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Russon Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, where a visitation will be held from 1:00 – 1:45 pm prior to services.
Interment-Centerville City Cemetery.
