Our beloved Wilma Weston passed away July 19, 2004 at home in Centerville, Utah. She fought a long battle with Alzheimer?s Disease and found peace in the home of her daughter in recent years. Willie was enthusiastic about life, loved to cook and entertain, and was a great card player. She was friendly and outgoing and was surrounded by good friends throughout her life. We hope to keep her alive in our hearts. Willie was the youngest of ten children born to Robert Charles and Mary Isabelle Forsyth Knell on June 1, 1920 in Cedar City, Utah. She married John N ?Jack? Weston September 1, 1939. They lived in Milford for many years, moving to Bountiful in 1962. Jack preceded her in death in 1998. She was a member of the LDS Church and was active in the community. Willie was a loving mother and proud grandmother. She is survived by her 2 children, Brad Linda Weston of Orem; Diane Brent Schick of Centerville; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to express thanks to friends, neighbors, and caregivers for their support and loving care over many years, especially Amanda, Eduardo, and Carolyn. The celebration of Willie?s life will be held Thursday, July 22, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, where friends may call Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday morning from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
