Xander was lively, energetic, and social with a propensity for keeping his parents on their toes. He was known to climb everything, run anywhere, and jump off of anything. He loved being with people and playing with everyone. He brought with him light and joy and freely gave to all. Being out of the house and being a part of everything was what he preferred.
On November 17th 2017, Xander was diagnosed with high-risk medulloblastoma (brain cancer). Treatments were tough on his little body, but through it all, Xander remained a joy to be around. He remained happy, excited to do things, and loved to be with people. He continued to spread light and joy wherever he was.
On October 6th, after a valiant two-year battle, Xander received rest, and peacefully returned to our Savior and Heavenly Father. Xander was a great example of love, joy, and perseverance amid struggles. His family looks forward to the day when they will be able to greet him in Heaven with open arms. In the meantime, he will be dearly missed.
